1. Not a Children's Toy You understand and agree that the Coglet project/product in all its parts, variations and in its entirety, is an DIY development kit and strictly NOT A TOY. It is designed, manufactured, and marketed exclusively for adult makers, developers, engineers, and DIY enthusiasts (ages 18 and older).

2. Safety & Hazard Acknowledgement You acknowledge that this kit contains small electronic components, exposed circuitry, wiring, and hardware that present inherent risks, including choking hazards, electrical risks, and thermal risks. It must not be given to, left unattended with, or operated by children. Any interaction a minor has with the assembled robot must be strictly and continuously supervised by a competent adult who assumes full legal and physical responsibility for their safety.

3. AI, Cloud APIs & Data Privacy As an AI-enabled desktop companion, this device is designed to interface with third-party Large Language Models and cloud-based APIs to function. You understand that you are solely responsible for configuring these integrations and reviewing the data privacy policies of any AI services you connect to the device. You accept full responsibility for any audio, text, or environmental data recorded, processed, or transmitted by the hardware.

4. Assembly & Operation Liability You acknowledge that building and operating custom robotics involves inherent risks. You agree to take full responsibility for the safe assembly, programming, and operation of the kit. You release NMROBOTICS LTD, the creators, designers, and affiliated entities from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or data loss resulting from the assembly, modification, or use of this project.
