The two halves of the enclosure show poor alignment and do not fit together properly. There is an excessive gap between the enclosure and the control buttons.

When compared to the precision of the eyes, the overall build quality appears substandard.

Works perfectly! Easily assembled! One retaining tab arrived broken but in no way affects performance due to print design and overall strength.

Stronger than the PLA I had printed originally. Missing 1 part, and 2 parts had to be filed down to fit properly.

The case fits good. It’s kind of slippery depending on the plastic used in the print. I think a wheel dial potentiometer would have worked better for the eyelid aperture on the control board and the feel in the hand of the controller. Overall, it works great for what it is.

It looks like the files have already been updated but the original version I downloaded had pre-made support shapes for the buttons/knobs that I struggled to remove. I just deleted them and printed with my own supports in Bambu Studio.

There is now a file set up as a .3MF set to use supports in the slicer that I just used for my second controller and had absolutely no problems with.

Everything fits together great. At first I was confused about why the shaft for the plug was so long but it makes total sense now - it completely encloses the actual plug part this way to ensure it doesn't get knocked loose and can't be used as an accidental lever to break the port/plug - very well thought out design.
