TORQUESTAR Servo Motor Spline Adapter

TORQUESTAR is our bespoke spline adapter to transfer the torque from servo gear wheel to 3D printed parts without the risk of slipping. Using a nylon injection molding technique we successfully matched this product's internal teeth to the servo gear wheel teeth precisely. We will provide downloadable design file so that you can design the your own 3D printed parts based on this mechanism.

This TORQUESTAR has been designed to fit on the TS90MD servos supplied by us. We can not guarantee that they will fit on other suppliers' servos as their gear wheel dimensions may be different.
